Online Edexcel International Registration

Guidelines for registering online for Edexcel International examinations

As of September 2009 candidates can fill in their GCE/ IGCSE Edexcel examination application form online.  Payment for the application form still does need to go through the bank. The original Bank Deposit slip must be sent with the copy of the application form.

• Candidates or Schools please log on to :

Online Registration

• Click on Online Registration for the respective examination session, i.e. January 2013

• Check entry procedures, timetables and notice to candidates.

• Click on Go for Online Registration

Step 1

Candidates are asked to select the town they will sit their examinations.

Step 2

Candidates should fill in their name as it appears on their passport or ID in English characters.

If you are a candidate from a school please select School Candidate and select your school from the drop down list below. If your school is not on this list and you would like to receive your statement of entries/results at the school address, please enter the name of the school and the address in the Address field. 

If you are a private candidate please choose Private Candidate and fill in your address details in the spaces provided.

Turkish Cypriot candidates please select your town from the drop down menu below and fill in your address details. Postal Code will be 10.

It is important to check that address details are correct.  Once Online registration is completed, an SMS confirmation will be sent to the specified mobile number.

Step 3

Candidates are asked to select the level of examination they are registering for. They can select more than one box.

UCI numbers: If you have never registered with Edexcel before please leave this field blank.
It is very important that if you have registered with Edexcel before (GCE A or O level or IGCSE) that you write down your UCI number in the space provided.

Step 4

Please tick in the boxes next to the subjects you are registering for. When finished press NEXT at the bottom of the page.

Step 5

Candidates are advised to check their details carefully and read the candidate declaration. Once you tick “I agree” and click on the NEXT button you will not be able to make any changes.

Step 6

Make a note of your application number and click NEXT.

Candidates should take a print out of the completed form and sign it. It is important for candidates to keep a copy for themselves.

Submit your application form with a copy of the Bank deposit slip to your respective schools if you are a school candidate or to the British Council by the specified deadline. Please write the deposit slip number on your printed application form.
